Instructions for Authors/ Submission for Guidelines


Thank you for choosing to submit your paper to our journal. These instructions will ensure we have at hand everything that is required for enabling your paper to move through peer review, production, and publication smoothly. The articles submitted for publication are sent for review to two or more experts in the field to check the relevance, format, clarity of language and other necessary parameters. Authors are prohibited to go against the guidelines of the journal and they need to strictly follow the following guidelines while preparing the manuscript for Communications for publication:


1.The author(s) should be impersonal in writing the article and should minimize the use of the first person in content (e.g.; should write like “the study was conducted” instead of “I conducted study”).

2. It should not contain any personal statement like “the investigator was desirous in conducting the study on newborn physically challenged children because investigator has himself a new born physically challenged baby”.

3.Author(s) should be unbiased in writing an article especially when paper involves issues related to Gender, Class, Caste, Race, Ethnicity etc.

4.The language of the paper should be clear and concise; author(s) should avoid using ambiguous statements.

Format of Paper/Article

A manuscript should contain the following:

a) Title Page:

Title: It should not comprise of more than fifteen words in bold size with font size 12 and style Times New Roman.

Author(s): Name(s), Position, Organization- bold centered with font size 11 Times New Roman.

Contact Details: Full address, phone, fax, email, and website bold centered with font size 11 Times, New Roman.

Authors should provide biographic details in not more than 100 words.

Abstract:

An abstract reflecting the central focus/contribution of the manuscript with maximum of 500 words in MS Word format (9 font size, Times New Roman, with line spacing 1.0)

Key Words:

Up to eight keywords to be provided for indexing, cataloging and classification purpose (10 font size, Times New Roman, Line spacing 1.0)

Main body/Text:

An article with the minimum of 3000 and maximum of 7000 words including tables, figures, and references (single-spaced in MS Word format with Times New Roman, font 10) should be submitted for publication. The main body includes full research paper along with conclusion, implications, and references.

Page Numbering:

All pages should be numbered in the footer in the center of each page.

References:

Authors need to take very keen care in writing references. References are to be written at the end of the article in alphabetical order. For this, APA style should be strictly followed.


To mention briefly, the manuscripts should be compiled in the following order:

Cover page • Title page with abstract, keywords • Main text • Acknowledgement(s) • References • Appendices (as appropriate) if any • Table(s) with caption(s) (on individual pages) if any • Figure caption(s) (as a list; image files supplied separately).if any


Publication Charges:

There are no submission fees or page charges for this journal. Authors will receive the complimentary copy of the Journal once their paper is published.

Copyright:

It is a condition of publication that manuscripts submitted to this journal have not been published and will not be simultaneously submitted or published elsewhere. By submitting a manuscript, the authors agree that the copyright for the paper is transferred to the publisher, if and when, the manuscript is accepted for publication.
